It was surely a great stay. Do n't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit smaragdbahn. It is in front of the airport

We had a fantastic family vacation at this resort! the staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the spa and pool facilities were top-notch, providing a great place for relaxation. the children's care was outstanding, with caring and attentive staff. the food was of high quality and there was a wide variety to choose from. the rooms were cozy and homey, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. the resort offered horse riding lessons, an outdoor playground, and a bike/mini car riding area, providing plenty of activities for the kids.

Some guests mentioned a basic bathroom with no tub, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic time at a resort in Bramberg am Wildkogel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even provided late-night food for our late arrival and made extra cookies for our kids every day. The massages were top-notch and the food consistently good. we highly recommend this resort for its warm hospitality.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, always providing excellent service. Loved the delicious meals served with a variety of dishes to choose from. The SPA facilities were outstanding, with a relaxing sauna and pool that had great views.

The rooms were a bit basic and could use some more modern updates. , the location was a bit remote and required some traveling to get to nearby attractions.

Had a fantastic xmas holiday with my family in the Tirol. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and plenty of snow! the hotel offered great activities for all the family, including horse riding and a wonderful spa facility. the food was delicious, with plenty of options and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Only downside was that there were extra charges for some items which we assumed were included, such as certain drinks and activities. the wifi was a bit temperamental and we had to keep logging back in.

We felt that the price was not justified as the all-inclusive package did not include everything. We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay for water at lunch.
